Matthew Richardson

Dr. Matthew Richardson serves as the Director of Project 168. He also serves West Virginia University as the Director of the Center for Fraternal Values and Leadership. He has professional experience in curriculum writing, project management and program evaluation.

Anna Riddle

Anna Riddle is the Senior Program Coordinator for Project 168. She is an alumna of Delta Gamma where she currently serves as an advisor. Anna earned a Bachelor of Social Work and her Master of Arts in Corporate and Organizational Communications from WVU. She is a dog mom to a Goldador named Mozzie and a French Bulldog named Beans. Outside of work she enjoys collecting houseplants, reading, traveling, and golf. 

Rebecca Mickler

Rebecca Mickler

Rebecca Mickler is the Program Coordinator for the Center for Fraternal Values and Leadership where she supports the staff and students on special projects and initiatives.

Rebecca was previously the Director of Greek Life, Honor Societies and Professional Organizations at Duquesne University and the former Assistant Director of Fraternity & Sorority Life at John Carroll University.

A 2001 graduate of the Ohio State University, Rebecca went on to travel as an educational leadership consultant for her sorority, Alpha Chi Omega. She then completed her Masters Degree in College Student Personnel at the University of South Florida before working professionally in fraternity/sorority advisement.

Rebecca lives in Youngstown, OH with her husband, Mike, and her two children, Mikey and Julianna. Tessa, an Irish Doodle, is her family dog.
