There are 168 hours in a week, and the Mountaineer experience will make the most of them. The 10,080 minutes that make up your week include going to class (of course), but these are also the moments when you will lead, serve, compete, create and sleep.Learn more about Project 168
At WVU, what a student learns outside of the classroom is just as important as what they learn during class. Project 168 is a way to formally recognize this and provide a credential for extracurricular effort. Project 168 is a self-paced, co-curricular experience that will offer a minimum of 50 opportunities to engage in ten competency areas.Explore the Program
When the requirements for each competency area have been met, students receive a co-curricular transcript printed on official WVU transcript paper and are invited to join the 168 Society, a new honor society. These accomplishments can be used for graduate or professional school applications and impress potential employers.
